Single accommodation was rather cramped ,but okay fro one/two night stay with all necessary facilities. The breakfast I thought excellent as well as the service. The hotel was well located for transport links over the city of London.

Stayed here with family for a birthday party in the area. Rooms were basic but clean, as was the bathroom. Wifi throughout the hotel worked well. Staff were not exceptionally friendly but to the point. Breakfast wasn't extensive but was fine. Relatively good value for London prices. Not far away from the shops and restaurants of Muswell Hill, but not...

The Roseview is upgrading but is still an old-style warren of tight staircases and small rooms (we were in the attic where I could only stand up straight in half the room). BUT: everything was clean, bathroom had a good shower, and we were very comfortable. The breakfast choices were very good, and the staff, day and night, were both...

We stayed for 1 night after watching the snooker at the palace, room was adequate for a double room, the room could have been a bit cleaner there were crumbs on the floor and in the bedside cabinet drawer, the mattress was quite worn with springs poking through and was quite hard, breakfast was continental and very good with cereals...

My wife, my two friends and I stayed here while visiting the Alexandra palace for the world darts championships. On check in the staff we're welcoming and helpful. We had a double room, it was very spacious and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable with medium to firm mattresses. The room has all that is required; tv, coffee, shower and...

Had 1 nights stay here to watch the darts at Alexandra palace. On arrival we found a parking space behind the hotel itself, and on check in we got a parking pass to put on the dash. There isn't much hotel parking but there was road side parking. 10-15 minute walk to the palace, was a nice walk through the...

Stayed to watch the Mosconi Cup at Alexandra Palace. The check-in started badly as reception was no where to be seen lucky was let in by another customer. It waited another 15min to be seen. Room was very small only just big enough for me. Bed was pretty small I'm 5:10" and my feet were over the edge so if...

Dear Sir, We are sorry for your feeling of dissatisfaction, especially with the price. Unfortunately, like for the majority of hotels during periods of major events (such as the Mosconi Cup) the price tends to go up. Our sincere apologies for the delay in your check-in, unfortunately the receptionist had to attend an emergency. This was a rare incident. I'm...

Although the staff are lovely I really think it is quite expensive for what you get. The rooms are very tired and no matter which room we have had there is always something that needs to be done. We have been staying there every four weeks for two years, recently they were fully booked so we had to stay elsewhere....

rooms were a bit dated but were large, very clean and the staff were just great. We equipped rooms, modern bathroom. Staff couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this for a night when attending Firework night at Alexandra Palace. Managed to get a street parking spot which is no charge and it's an ideal location for the Palace. Room was very comfortable, although walls very thin so could hear the neighbours antics very clearly through the night !
