My fiance and I stayed at the Dylan apartments when visiting London. The online booking process was a bit confusing however the lady at the reception across the road was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very modern and clean however it was quite small. The apartments are short walk down the road from a street...

We stayed for 3 nights and it was awful. The room was so dirty. We found a dirty towel in the closet and the bathroom was disgusting. The staff were nice and the location is great. Near Earl's Court station and a super market. Wouldn't recommend

Not sure where to start. Okay. The apartment/bedsit we got was grim. Freezing as the heater never came on! The bedding had stains and "hair" on it. We couldn't sleep in them. Slept (tried to) on top of the bed sheets and got our own from the local Tesco. It was still so cold that we kept all of our...

The public area are extremely tired and rundown, stagnant and mildew scent coming from carpets and upholstery is corridors and stairways. The first room I was allocated was terrible and certainly not worthy of paying an over night charge for. Drawers missing from dresser, live ants in the bathroom basin, under standard basic decor, really poor condition and nothing like...

If you are single and looking for easy access to central London at a fair price, well recommended. The staff are a delightful, helpful and nothing is any trouble. any concerns are acted on promptly. The single studio rooms are quite small but unless you are planning to stay in all day, this is no problem. the cooking facilities are...

If you are a girl and planning to stay in this hotel, please avoid this! The location is not good and the room itself creep me out. No heater, all the furniture looks like it is from 1950's. Spider webs everywhere and there even a big hole on the toilet wall.

The worst experience of my life. I have first checked in in a basement room and the key did not fit the door. After several explanations with the receptionnist he transferred me to the other building on the 3rd floor ( no assistance for carrying the luggages). The room smelt like an ashtray even if he insist on the fact...

The room was small and cramped. It was supposed to be a double but the bed was only a large single. There were no plugs for the sink or basin, no teatowel, dishcloth or dishwashing liquid. When we asked for these we were told they were not supplied! Who travels with those things in their luggage? Crockery did not include bowls....
