I stayed for 2 nights whilst in London on business. The room was clean and functional with air conditioning, although it lacked a shaver point in the bathroom. Supper was not a particularly good experience. They offer no gluten free starters and very limited gf main courses. The totally mixed up my 2 colleagues starters and then forgot one of their mains. The hotel did remove these items from the bill. Breakfast was OK but service was disfunctional. The staff were very pleasant but service wasn't good

Hotel's Favourite
This was our first time staying in a Premier Inn and I can say we were not disappointed, the room was just what we needed after a full day in London. The fact that even though we were in the middle of London there was no noise at night to keep us awake. Also ha the full cooked breakfast next morning with which kept me going for the next day. Would not hesitate staying here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location if you need to be near Victoria station. However the 2 nights sleep I had was awful. I left more tired than when I arrived. Our room was next to a door and the lift. When people came back late or left year the door would slam and all I could hear when they used the lift was Lift going Up. This ruined the stay for us.

We stayed at this Premier Inn for its location and having always had good experience with PI. The bathroom in the room smelt badly of stale urine & later found a hole/big dip in the mattress which wasn’t a comfy night sleep. Paid for cooked breakfast which we waited 50 mins for which was served by a very stressed waiter. It was not enjoyable which was a shame because we always opt to stay at PI for price and a good breakfast to set the day & the wait also ruined our plans but having already paid to eat we didn’t know what to do. It’s ideal location.

When checking into the room we were given our room number and went up to drop our bags off and refresh. Upon first glance into the room there were exposed wires on all of the electrical items, lamps taken off the wall with fuses and wires hanging, the air vents were off on the ceiling etc. At maximum 10 seconds after we entered our room we heard the keycard on the door click and a male electrician walked straight into our room and told us we shouldn't have been checked into this room as they were doing electrical testing on all of our appliance. Whilst it wasn't the workmans fault and also wasn't said aggressively, after a 5 hour journey to the hotel this was very frustrating. Initially we were told they needed another 30 minutes to finish our room, but we asked if we could have some more time. They said they would carry on with 1 other room that they still had to do and would give us 20 minutes to drop our things off and get changed so we could leave the room again. This was a huge dissapointment and not acceptable service. It got to the point where the electricians were knocking on our doors and waiting directly outside while we were changing into other clothes before rushing out again so they could continue, it made our hotel room feel anything but private. Not only is this bad service but also unacceptable in terms of infection prevention and the measures that should be happening in the times of the pandemic, all rooms are supposed to be clean before the guests enter but the workmen entered our room while we were even still in there! When we were hurriedly leaving the hotel room and back into London we realised that we had also been overcharged for our breakfast, we had asked for continental breakfast but charged for full price even though the staff member repeated the words continental back to us, thankfully this was rectified later in the evening when we had to go to reception for a refund. Later that evening when we were finally able to settle into our room, we spotted that there were no shelves or drawers to house our clothing, only 6 hangers which isn't enough for 2 guests. There were also no spaces to hang our towels to dry seen as housekeeping doesn't enter rooms daily anymore for new towels. Also there was no handrail in our bath which made it very slippery getting in and out when showering. When going to sleep on our first night, my mum spotted a red stain on her pillow and was upset to see that there was only 1 loose fitting pillowslip
