We stayed at the Gyle for my 30th Birthday. We were greeted by Phillip who was extremely kind, friendly and accommodating and offered us a free room upgrade on arrival. In our room we found a complimentary bottle of processco and balloons. The hotel was clean and the decor was unique and modern. There was a range of complimentary hot drinks. 5/5 from us!

Small boutique hotel within walking distance of King's Cross station. My room was tiny, but that's exactly how it looked in the picture. Nicely decorated, well organized, secure and comfortable. Housekeeping service everyday and very thorough. The staff was wonderful, always at the desk, and since it was a small hotel they recognized you and were always friendly and helpful. Nice small bar, lobby and common area. I highly recommend this hotel

Earlier morning start for the Eurostar at St Pancreas. Therefore location was key for us. Wonderful hotel. Really good nights sleep. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you could need.

It was our second stay and it is more than likely it will become our go-to hotel in London. We come by train to its location to Saint-Pancras is a huge plus for us as we can leave our luggage both on arrival as on the day of departure. You might think it is a bit far from the city centre be we like a walk and even if you don’t the underground is but a stones throw away. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, especially Princy and the hotel is tastefully decorated. It is also super clean, which is something we appreciate. It is not the cheapest hotel but I think it is good value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at The Gyle. Great location for exploring on foot, also near Euston station and Kings Cross and St Pancreas. Also tubes nearby and 3 stops to central London. A beautiful boutique hotel with excellent, friendly staff- especially Princy and Philip who made our stay very special. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Paula & Lyndsey

Incredible hotel. Service was outstanding. Rooms immaculate & beautiful. Spacious with a bed you didn’t want to leave. Annoyed at myself for not finding it sooner. I will happily stay in this hotel again when next in London. Well worth the tube ride from any psrt of London.

The hotel was very comfortable. The decor was wonderfully quirky. The bed was very comfortable and very friendly staff. Princy was exceptional. She went up and above and everything she did was with a smile. Will return. The bar/lounge area was lovely. It has a fabulous being chair, that I didn't want to move out of.

Great location - within a 5 min walk from Kings Cross and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Seamless check in with a very friendly lady, offered complimentary coffee/tea and heart shaped biscuits. Our room was spotless and we also had a balcony (which was a small roof garden with lights and plants). The bed was incredibly comfy and the decor is fabulous! Coffee and tea making facilities in the room and also a fridge with both still and sparkling water. We found a Valentines card plus chocolates in our room which was a thoughtful touch. The bar downstairs is open till 1am and there are fresh pastries served promptly in the morning. We instantly felt at home and we will definitely stay here again. My husbands only issue was wanting a bacon sandwich in the morning 😁
