Had a few problems at the begging , but when I got ther spoke to the Director , and started me and my wife's stay. And WOW what a stay. The room was by far one of the beat rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff in the hotel were great. The service and food in there resturant was...

Clapham junction is an interesting area to say the least. For tourists, It's ideally centred as it is close to the heart of London and easily accesses much of the outlying areas via national rail services (Clapham Junction is the busiest station in the UK) There is an awesome brewery close by (Sambrook's) There are plenty of food and drink...

Just had an overnight stay... Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous room and stunning views! Food was great (we ate in the restaurant in the evening) the staff were extremely polite and helpful... Really they couldn't do enough for us. Shuttle service to get you to Clapham and the number 170. Bus stops right outside. The only feedback for improvement I...

Don't book this hotel if your are planning on spending the day at the 'spa'. I defiantly wouldn't call it that. Its a small jacuzzi and tiny cold pool (which wasn't working), tiny sauna and steam room which smelt odd. The receptionist didn't even give us towels or robes when we arrived, we assumed they were in the changing rooms,...

This hotel is easy to find, has an underground car park and from the minute we got there, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful, we stayed in an amazon suite room which although didn't have a river view was lovely. Bed was comfy, shower amazing and there was plenty of space....

the hotel room was lush, once we worked out how to use the light switches. I booked the Thames suite for my partners bday and dinner, which was excellent as the resturant was right down stairs. Food was really nice as well, even though our waitress was a bit annoyed that my partner changed his mind about the wine, but...

Nice hotel and easy check in. Receptionist allowed us to see room and leave luggage earlier than check in time which i found very nice from their perspective. The room itself was quite small with comfy bed and nice view to river. Shower room was spacious though. Spa contains Jacuzzi and two types sauna (gym as well). They provided us...

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and wow what an absolute delight. Arrived Thursday morning and from the get go the staff were so helpful. The hotel itself is cosy, comfy and welcoming. Staff met us in the underground car park and helped us with our bags. We booked in with ease and shown our room . What a...

The "spa", which consisted of a hot tub, a pool (which was out of use, we were not informed of this), sauna and a steam room. We walked into the tiny area which STUNK, with wet towels hung up and on the floor, needless to say we left immediately. We are incredibly happy that we couldn't book the couple day...

Dear Guest Firstly we would like to say how sorry we are that you believe your purse was lost on our property. We would just like to point out however that there was NO EVIDENCE to suggest that a member of our staff had taken the purse from your bag. Secondly, and as you yourself mentioned, there was no money...
