Great hostel in a great location. The main floor is a huge social area, absolutely amazing food, friendly staff, and good selection of drinks. The rooms are pretty packed with beds but very clean, as are the shower and bathroom facilities. If coming by bus, make sure to stay on until the very, very end of the bus route, not...

Yet again the food here has not let me down. It's a hostel with pub attached but don't let that put you off if you're walking along the river near Pimlico pop in. Food only 1730+ mon/fri but 1300/1530 sat and sun then 1730 again. Huge choice on menu but the Thai is fabulous this is 8 times now in...

You can order a omelette with mixed with a choice of Bacon, Cheese, Mushrooms, and some others. The lounge area doubled as a pub. Where...

Breakfast features juice, coffee, tea, toast, cereals, ham, cheese and if that isn't enough, the kitchen will make you omelets or pancakes!! Staff is so accommodating, they put five star hotel...

I had an incredible time here! This place has such a nice, laid back atmosphere, and it was so nice to just hang out and relax downstairs in the pub/restaurant. The hostel was very clean, fairly spacious (by London standards), and overall excellent. I had a great view of the Thames from my bed which was a nice surprise. Also,...

Just great people from staff, absolutely open-minded atmosphere, so you get in touch with people from all over the world really easily. And then everything seems to be free - (soft)drinks, breakfast which is great by the way, no towel needed, ... An awesome stay, thanks to the nice team for that!

The staff make everyone welcome, eclectic range of people staying when I went and as an old lady I was a bit of a head-turner perhaps! The young ones were very kind, slept ok in my bunk and enjoyed the super clean bathroom. Lovely warm place to go just to have a place to sleep in London. Nice adventure. Free...

This was my first hostel stay... ever. Pre-booking emails with staff and easy online booking assuaged enough doubt, so I booked. And, overall, am glad I did. The check-in guy was friendly; his manager, not at all. His attitude prompted me to ask his name so as to communicate his attitude with upper management. He adjusted his attitude forthwith. The...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
