I spent 4 nights at The Arch this spring and it was a great stay. My room faced away from the street, was quiet, sunny, and the windows opened so I could enjoy the fresh spring air. The staff at the hotel is very accommodating and helpful! The room was modernly furnished with high ceilings and a great bathroom. The...

I stayed at the hotel on in June 2015, for one night. This was my second stay. As before, the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of staff was faultless. My room and the hotel amenities can't be described as anything except excellent. The location is great - I was working across central London for a couple of days and getting to and...

Despite being just 3 minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station, at the top of the Oxford Street shopping strip and gateway to Hyde Park, The Arch is set on a quiet street and is well sound-insulated ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel is a classic English mews style building transformed into a wonderfully decorated boutique hotel. I was upgraded...

Drive up to the hotel entrance and all your worries are over. Car taken away and parked, booked in by really helpful staff even to the extent of sorting out and paying the dreadful London Congestion Charge which I had forgotten to do. Room and facilities excellent, even a tv in the bath. Bed comfortable, room quiet and the breakfast...

The Arch is situated just 3 blocks from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. It is a perfect location for touring London, while being offset just enough from the busy streets to have a peaceful night sleep. Dear Geoexplore99 Thank you so much for your five star review of The Arch London! Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
