Stunning hotel in a great location. Paid extra for room with a view and enjoyed looking out over the Thames towards Big Ben. The experience was only let down by the slow check in process and room not being ready until an hour later.

Myself and my partner stayed from Friday-Sunday, from arriving in a cab a gentleman carried our bags in and send them up to our room which was so handy as we did not carry light. Reception check in was okay. Location is fantastic but if wanting to travel far cabs were always situated outside of hotel which was really handy,...

Stayed here with my family for a night out in the West End. Location is good, with some rooms having great views over Westminster. Rooms are good, fairly spacious and well setup for families. Particularly appreciate the realistic pricing for in-room movies, none of your £9.99 nonsense here, recent DVD releases for £1 makes it an easy decision to keep...

My husband and i visited for a short break over half term with our two children (6 and 9). The hotel is situated moments from the London eye, Shrek adventure and of course Big Ben and Westminster. It is a 2 minute walk from both Waterloo and Westminster underground stations. Early check in was a godsend and we were in...

The location was amazing, right next to the London Eye and most of the tourist attractions. Great rooms . Beautiful hotel. The interior of the hotel is stunning. The toilets were very clean. I met a good lady cross the street she was staying at the hotel as well so I believe I made a friend for life.

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
