Location, Location, Location! The "W London Leicester Square" is perfected situated and in close walking distance to many offices (the Strand) as well as great restaurants and pubs. I've read the reviews and everyone has their own travel experience but here's mine. I spent one week on property at the beginning of March 2017. Check-In The staff was friendly albeit...

I've been to W Hotels around Asia and North America, and this one didn't measure up. Pros Really great location - especially for first time visitors to London. Close to West End and walking distance to many tourist attractions. Bus tours are just across the street. Room is modern, and decent size. Cons Cleanliness is poor. The lobby lounge on...

It really is a matter of choice and tastes. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of London. For me that is the positive. The over abundance of glitter balls, loud music, not very helpful staff coupled with the actual rooms are all negatives that would stop me staying again. Why would anybody design a room with the hand...

This hotel is super trendy and super stylish. Location is great, you are literally in the city center, everything is within walking distance! It's perfect for shopping bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and helpful. It is a little pricey but hey it's London! it is a bit noisy at night but was expecting that. This hotel is perfect...

The room and the space was the nicest I have been in for a long time. The technology was next level for all the lighting, cinema screen, steam bath, you name it. Check-in was a little slow but not bad. Location in general was very nice. Being next to Chinatown was a nice plus with the availability of nice restaurants...

The great location for this hotel, made us go here. As my ankle was broken on 5th of january, being close to piccadilly, covent garden, busstops is ideal. Doormen were very nice and kind, and picked on their looks. Reception employees very friendly. Part of staying at a hotel is a nice breakfast, this wasn't included and we had to...

Had booked a room with a king-size bed, only to be told on arrival that there weren't any. There were too few staff at check-in so there was a queue. Rooms are very trendy - too trendy for my liking TBH but maybe I am just old. Location is great for the West End. Need to work on their staff...

I had drinks in the bar here with friends. The service and drinks were very good, the price is expensive as you would expect for a central London hotel. The bar and wait staff went out of their way to make sure my friends and I were well taken care of.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
