excellent location right outside subway station. need to be ready to drag the luggages up though as there are no elevators but i figured that is very common for b&b in London. rooms are spacious and clean but rather basic. we got 2 room on the same floor, while the room facing inside was quiet our group from the other...

Thank you for staying at Kennington B & B As it clearly states on my website there is no elevator as the house was built in 1779 and is listed. Guests must be able to carry their own luggage when arriving in London especially when coming from the airport, it is unavoidable to avoid steps when travelling by tube and...

Really well located for easy access to central London. Just minutes to get to the West End. Lovely hostess and friendly housekeeper. I enjoyed my stay. Decent choice of basic staples for continental breakfast. Fresh chopped fruit too. Rooms are but everything that is needed, not luxurious but certainly more than comfortable and pleasing. Good quality linens and I found...

It was lovely to meet the 2 of you. Thank you so much for staying and being such great guests I take on board your comment about bath sheets, we do of course have bath towels however the laundering of actual bath sheets would mean that we would have to increase our costs.

Traveling for business to London for a 2-day conference, I had an incredibly hard time to actually find an affordable place to sleep, close to Westminster Bridge (conference in Park Plaza hotel). My budget was short, yes even on business. And then I found this place using Expedia. First impression was: wow 5/5 and certificate of Excellence, that must be...

I have been trying to summon the energy to address all the points raised in this guests review, I have not felt it necessary to answer each and every point but have addressed the most important issues he raised. We are not allowed a sign outside and so I am quite clear when giving directions to all of my guests...

Have enjoyed our stay here very much! Location and ease of tube and bus service is incredible! Very gracious hostess, clean and comfy accommodations! Close access to neighborhood pubs and restaurants! Safe and friendly neighborhood. Good solid British style breakfasts!

A very convenient location a minute's walk from the tube station. We stayed there for a week on vacation, exploring London (2 adults and 2 kids, 14 and 12). The hostess was great. Very welcoming and helpful. So was the housekeeper. The rooms were large (for London) and clean and quite modern despite being in an 18th century home. It...

We stayed as a family of three adults in the suite on the third floor. The rooms were ideal for us and the location was superb. The property is literally 50 metres from a main tube line providing easy and speedy access to main train stations and tourist attractions. Alternatively the buses are convenient for Westminster. We didn't use any...

As a lot of previous reviewers say, Kennington B&B was a fantastic place to stay in London. I do not have any, really any negative things about this B&B. First and foremost, Sian was such a lovely and wonderful person. She was so kind and friendly that honestly I felt as if I lived here as a member of her...

Quiet, easy-to-get-to b and b. Comfortable bed, spacious bath, and view to the back garden. Breakfast, while not cooked, was ample. Tube stop is half a block away. Also close to great pubs and Italian bistro.

It was fun to stay in the Kennington B and B which is in a diverse neighborhood away from the hub bub of the central area. It is 1/3 block from a tube station making accessibility to those hub bub areas possible. There are a few excellent restaurants in the area too. The service at the Kennington B and B...

My wife and I stayed here in April for an overnight to support a night at the theatre. We had a problem booking via TripAdvisor (confirmed booking to me via email but there was an overbook issue at the B&B). I didn't know there was an issue until two days before our arrival, as Sian (the proprietor) had been trying...
