I just turned up off the street to be greeted by a very helpful receptionist, booked in and advised clearly on how things work and the routine. The service at the breakfast was also pro-active with a good range on the menu. Also the hotel is very well place for most of London's attractions.

We booked this hotel for a short stay (Sat-Mon). We booked two rooms, one double and one twin. The double was very small and the twin slightly larger. Both rooms were on the top floor up some very steep steps. The toilet flush in the twin room kept sticking and there was a persistent drain odour in the double rooms...

We were pleasantly surprised, it's a very good hotel. It's close to transport links, and is close for shopping and sightseeing. We only had a one night stay as we were travelling abroad, but we were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is comfortable and clean, but could maybe do with decor update. The full English breakfast was a...

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner. Good location right near the train station (about a 10minute walk) with lots of places to grab food nearby. The rooms were quite small but very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable enough. The hallways/stairway was a bit tired and the carpet needs replacing. It was quite shabby in parts....

This hotel has a good location. However the whole hotel is rather tired looking, we had a room on the lower ground floor and were kept awake all night by constantly noisy pipes. I think we may have been close to the boiler, which may have explained why the room was so hot. We did mention this at check put...

Basic room but adequate for our needs. Our room was actually in the Jenkins hotel, opposite the Judd. Plus points: Good breakfast (although people had to wait for a table later in the morning), location, friendly staff. Unfortunately the following issues were noted: Bathroom extract fan didn't work, bed was sloping to one side and the springs were noticeable on...

We booked two rooms for one night, a triple and a twin for £273 which for the location seemed reasonable. The hotel is conveniently placed for Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus and West End for theatres with an easy 30 minute walk. The hotel is split over two annexes and although the rooms are quite small they have everything needed...

I stayed here at short notice due to it being very handy for Euston (and KingsX St Pancras) however the price was very high. The room was tiny (a real single) and tired, as were the threadbare carpets on the stairs etc. Breakfast was OK. Not sure I'd hurry back
