When we got there it was mid night and a gentleman came to greet us and showed us to our room. He was very nice. We stopped down 3 blocks before and got Mickey D's.We did;nt eat on BA from Athens! we were starving. Wow! Lots of young people at that hour. This hotel has some construction going on. The...

We stayed here for one night at the end of March to see a show. The hotel is not much to look at from the outside and is situated above a Carphone Warehouse and Nandos. There are two entrances, which we didn't realise initially and used the side entrance with the quirky lift, however, there is another entrance with stairs...

Arrived for my 1st stay at this particular hotel, there is some renovation work currently underway, however don't let that put you off making a reservation The hotel feels fresh and has a modern look. I stay in London for business purposes so generally get a single room, I am not disappointed, yes it's small, however it's beautifully decorated, spotless...

First thing I need to tell you: there are two hotels on the same road called Best Western Seraphine Hotel! This one also has 'Olympia' in the name and is left out of the station and another five minute walk, whereas the other is right out f the station (High Street Kensington). Lots of steps, definitely not great if you...

This is the second time I've stopped at a Best Western Hotel on Kensington High Street. The first time was last February when I stayed at the other end of the High Street, virtually opposite Kensington Gardens. This time, as last, everything was spotlessly clean, tea & coffee making facilities in the room, biscuits and even bottles of water. There...

The hotel has a front door sandwiched between a Mexican café and a coffee shop and is accessed by two flights of stairs. When we booked in I thought it odd that we were asked for a £10 deposit. When ask why the receptionist said it was in case we ordered a bottle of wine and then left without paying,...

I booked using a well known booking site. It stated that the hotel was certified 4 stars so I thought the price is line for a 4 star. I had to use a back entrance through what is clearly a service lift. You arrive in a passage way with rooms. You then go to a makeshift reception desk in a...
