We spent 3 days at this gorgeous hotel which is perfectly located 5 mins from Trafalgar Square and across the road from Embankment underground station which has access to 3 lines making it quick and easy to get to any London location. Door men decked out in top hats greeted us and took care of our luggage. The reception staff...

We had the most wonderful champagne tea here. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous. I was not fortunate enough to stay here during this visit to London, but will definitely book rooms when we return. It is a beautiful, luxurious place. It is a very special treat.

This was our third (and best) stay so far at the Corinthia London. Unfortunately it was very short - we were only there for New Year's Eve - but it was a great stay. Because of all the NYE hoopla, when we arrived in London, the area around the hotel was already closed to vehicular traffic. But the staff at...

I have beautiful memories from my multiple stays in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is the expression of finesse in every detail. The Whitehall Place is an exeptional location and the Whitehall itself is an experience, so having lived through all of that, I find myself a very lucky person. Having breakfast with Sir Alex Ferguson in the same dining...

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We also experienced the spa... Amazing! I travel a lot with work and I have to say that the breakfast at the hotel was...

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
