To put this into perspective: I stayed at the St. Pancras Renaissance for a two-day business meeting; I have SPG Status but hadn't linked my Marriott basic account. Arriving at the hotel, you feel like a king. Beautiful and intricate exterior, a big smile by the doormen, seamless check-in experience. 5/5 for this experience. The hotel rooms seem very dark....

We took a long weekend break from Dubai in order to have a final quick trip to London, see The Making of Harry Potter, amongst other things. We had a really enjoyable time at St Pancras, and would thoroughly recommend it as a couples time off in a romantic setting.

It lived up to its reputation thanks in no small part to its staff. We were checked in by Ben, who was a great help and 'ambassador' for Marriott. We stayed one night prior to catching the Eurostar the next day. We had dinner in the Booking Hall (need to reserve well in advance) and had breakfast there as well.....both...

We stayed in the Barlow Wing of the hotel for 2 evenings after travelling back from Paris on Eurostar. You cannot beat the location and the lobby is beautiful. Our room was nothing special and we looked out to a roof, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn't spend much time in the room except for sleeping and...

On our 9th day and last night of vacation, this was the best of the 2 hotels we stayed at. We only had 4 hours of sleep and had to wake up early for a flight back but we all had the best rest. The beds were soft, rooms were very clean and spacious. My only complain is the bathroom....

Was greeted at reception on arrival with water, we left our bags at reception as didt want to carry them as we was given a "room upgrade" we lost our early check in. Wasn't issue. For price you pay nothing (excluding - shampoos and tea coffee with kettle) is complimentary. Apparently fairly normal thing but little odd as most hotels...

Brilliant! Staying in this hotel, sleeping in a room with a view straight down the Saint Pancras Eurostar platforms, learning about the extraordinary renovation of the Victorian building and exploring the grand staircase was a delight. We enjoyed the Club room (complimentary drinks and canapes) where staff were so friendly and attentive, even bringing a special miniature cake for my...

Once again, we booked our vacation here again. Their team did a great service again. We stayed there from 4/9 to 4/12, 2017. The room we booked was grant junior suite. The pros: 1: Hotel offered us a Bath Rituals. The chambers butler was prepared the bath for us with some candles and aromatic oils etc…It was so romantic and...

Overall very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Minor improvements could include more luxourios toiletries in guest bathrooms and better stocked tea tray in bedrooms. (Biscuits, fancy tea etc) Breakfast was average didn't make an impression, quite dissipointing considering it's a 5star establishment. House keeping staff should have basic English as communication was difficult. Spa was lovely and massage was amazing very...

The Chambers rooms and club is the ultimate in splendour and comfort of years past. Modern amenities in a beautifully restored hotel- you can enjoy the royal treatment before taking the Eurostar to Paris or stay after the trip Great food and ambiance not to be found anywhere else. Marriott have again delivered a high quality magnificent stay.
