The building is superb and has been restored brilliantly. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The wait for the breakfast was a bit excessive so would recommend you opt for the buffet breakfast. This is quite an expensive hotel and in truth I feel they have a bit of a cheek charging for extras at every opportunity, wifi £15/day...

Thank you so much for your kind comments. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your recent stay with us and were especially impressed by the restoration of the building and level of service from the team. One point to clarify, is that we do provide complimentary WiFi to everyone who signs up for Marriott Rewards membership (a very quick...

There are negative reviews on here. If I managed this hotel I would be incredibly frustrated by that. An iconic building has been turned into a beautiful hotel. Add to that the convenience of being next to Eurostar to start a Parisian adventure the night before. Add to that the incredible advantage of using the wonderful concierge service to whisk...

We stayed at the St. Pancras Renaissance for five nights on Marriott points. Since we were staying on points we had our choice of any of the high category Marriotts in London. Although this one did not get as good of reviews as some of the others, we were quite happy with our choice. We are platinum members and were...

The Marriott St Pancras is an amazing property - the history behind the hotel is just as amazing as the staff that work there. We were here for an event and were looked after very well by Raz and his banqueting team. The wine waiter Jimmy kept my glass full at all times, which I blame for my heavy head...

I stayed here with my husband in April, celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff could not have been any more attentive and polite. When we arrived to check in, after a lovely meal in the Booking Hall Restaurant, we opted for an upgrade, so we could stay in one of the original rooms near the grand staircase.
