I have to admit to a bias - years ago I lived in London and St. Pancras became my favorite building. Then when Marriott built a hotel there it was an obvious location for my next London visit. First impressions are excellent with the superb gothic architecture offering a superb facade. The hotel reception area is simply stunning. The combination...

Met business friends in the Hansom Lounge for coffee and were made to feel very welcome. Tables well spaced, comfortable chairs and a grand hotel ambience. Service was impeccable and the coffee hot and flavoursome. I am tempted to return for a meal on another occasion

We stayed for one night prior to travelling to Paris on the Eurostar. The hotel lobby and building itself is beautiful. Just walking around the hotel is a feat in itself. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful but as for the rooms, they are bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Personally, for a comparable price you can stay...

Incredibly convenient if you're coming on/off the train. Very easy to get to/from Heathrow as you're directly above the Piccadilly line. The ticketing hall restaurant/bar is lovely. Excellent breakfast. Excellent fish and chips. They filmed a lot of famous movies and music videos here. And have a historian on staff!

When spending £365 for 1 night in a hotel, you expect a certain standard of accommodation. The entrance to this hotel is lovely and once inside you marvel at the granduor of the lobby lounge with its original St Pancras fixture and fittings. The welcoming staff at the reception offering us a chilled glass of water whilst checking in was...

There is direct access to the hotel from the station. The older part is a renovated hotel from the Victorian Age. We had a room in the Barlow wing with modern rooms with very functional AC and very comfortable beds and well-equipped bathroom. The bath tub is rather deep; thus, for elderly people it is not easy to get in...

This is an expensive hotel. We turned up for a wedding and were really impressed by the foyer. Huge, gothic, very cool. However when we got to the room (343) it was small and pokey. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the towels were damp and greyish. The window looked out onto what appeared to be an interior courtyard which...

It's a little pricey but "you get what you pay for". We stayed with two families for a week. The rooms were described as "Junior" suite but the one we had wasn't really much more than a normal room in a quality hotel. That said it was comfortable and clean. The architecture is just stunning and the hotel oozes style....
