Stayed at the The May Fair Hotel for an Awards Night, very close to Green Park Station walk it in 5 minutes. As you walk in its beautiful and luxury, looks amazing and very posh lol. The staff very helpful, the rooms are amazing but for the price you would expect that. The prices in the hotel are London prices...

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. It is in a fantastic location, good size rooms, close to green park tube station and great bars restaurants and shopping close by.Other than that there is plenty of room for improvement. Start with the room - chipped paint on the bedside table, very poor shower pressure even at the max, poor quality instant coffee...

Dear Guest, I am so sorry for the dissapointing stay you had this weekend and I know that it was totally unacceptable to ask you to change rooms after you had checked in, I have already spoken to the department involved and send my sincere apologies for this. With regards to breakfast, we do have an Al a Carte selection...

Having enjoyed a stay at the May Fair previously on business, it seemed an ideal place to take my girlfriends for a relaxing girly weekend to celebrate a Birthday and just relax. My friends were first timers at the hotel and so didn't know what to expect, but I knew they wouldn't be disappointed and I was right! The reservation...

To be honest, we spent very little time in the hotel. The city is far too accessible from this location to waste non-sleeping time indoors. We stayed in standard rooms, which were very nice. The hotel staff was overextended with VIP issues and we had a very long wait for the child's bed we had requested, but all interactions were...

We asked for the child's suite because we wanted space. Walked into room and thought we were back in USA with all the space we had! Two queen size beds with loads of space to put your baggage. Beautiful bathroom with great amenities and tea kettle in the room! Room service is excellent and quick and food is very good....

The May Fair was our first stop after arriving in London at 7am from Heathrow. The doormen took care of our luggage and we were checked in quickly with advice on how to spend a few hours before we could get in our room (we did a bus tour just around the corner). London is so big that transportation can...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
