Could not ask for a better location for the Flower show this week or for anything actually. Very accessible from Heathrow, next to Sloane Square with all travel facilities a few meters away. Property is extremely homey...a few townhouses put together. Rooms overlooking the gardens are spacious, comfortable and very quiet. However, what stands out is the team. Professional, flexible,...

Lovely hotel nestled behind Sloane Squ - the staff are very attentive and charming and the garden is wonderful in summer. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Second time at this hotel. It is like a home away from home. Room very spacious & bed comfortable & traffic noise almost non existent. Proximity to Sloane Square underground station & Kings Rd bus services is a bonus. The service offered by the Draycott is exceptional. Although far from the cheapest hotel, the stay was worth every penny &...

Then it willl be "discovered ". This is a top hotel. Everything is done right, afternoon tea and champagne a delight, and the garden in the back makes you feel as if you are not in the heart of a bustling part of London.

The Draycott provided a sumptuos and very comfortable stay for our 2 nights in London recently. The hotel is very well located, in Chelsea, and is beautifully decorated in old world style. The hotel is well managed, and has access to a lovely private garden, which is a bit of a treat in London. A very nice place to stay,...

Wonderful, quiet location. Great "old-fashioned" service, in a good way. Charming rooms, each very different (have stayed there numerous times). Drawback: A lot of stairs and convoluted hallways, so older guests who have a hard time walking should think about that.

Small hotel with big ambiente! Loved my hotel room, pretty spacious with views to the gardens. Staff is super friendly and makes one feel very welcome! Love the location of the hotel! Short walk to Sloane Square and Harrods! First but for sure not last visit to the Draycott

A lovely, elegant, well-managed, discreet, warm place to stay in a perfect part of town. Large , beautifully decorated rooms with old-fashioned charm. It is peaceful and quiet but not stuffy. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

I had read about the Draycott from one of my favorite bloggers. It lived up to my expectations and more. It truly is everything you could want in a charming London hotel. The rooms are beyond charming and the staff is attentive in the best possible way. I cannot wait for a return stay.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
