Our stay at the Draycott in September was amazing...perfect location, comfortable and spacious room, staff helpful and friendly. We loved late afternoon teas and evening hot chocolate...always met a few very interesting hotel guests. My husband originally from England so we've stayed at many London hotels through the years. Draycott by far the best of our experiences...we look forward to...

This hotel is a gem in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of London. Each room is special, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious, champagne at 7, hot chocolate at 9... everything is special.

Dear Maria Jose M Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased you had a comfortable and restful stay with us. Our chef freshly prepares each dish to order so it's disappointing to read that you felt the quality of a breakfast let your experience down. We hope to welcome you back again. Nice town house hotel with a lovely garden to enjoy in summer. Close to all the shops. Close to the restaurants and taxi's are only a second away. Just a short walk and you reach Harrods and Harvey Nichols in the Knitghtbridge area

Small 1890's hotel with lots of character. Draycott is on a quiet street just a block from Sloane Sq. Lots of small shops and restaurants. Champagne and coco in the drawing room. The Underground is a little far but the walk in safe and in a residential neighborhood.

Dear James G Thank you for your review. It's wonderful to read that you enjoyed your stay and were able to explore the local boutiques and restaurants (we have some of London's finest on our doorstep). We like to think the underground is close enough to walk in 3-4 minutes, but far enough away as to not disturb the calm...

If you are looking for a hotel that is well situated for the attractions of Knightsbridge, you should consider the Draycott. Very quirky, with free champagne at 6 and hot chocolate later, in readiness for a good night's sleep.

This place is so nice, so good with people so friendly I do not know here to start. It is authentic with great styling (if you like classic), on a great location. We stayed in a Deluxe room but you could easily call it a junior suite. I have stayed in hotels that call rooms smaller than these junior suites....

Single Room...teeny tiny. View of a wall. Noise from generators. Was tempted to order breakfast to see where the waiter would put the tray. I asked to see another room on checking out which was a million miles better than a single. Would recommend a double rather than a single in order to appreciate the hotel fully. Staff fabulous. Cleanliness...

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
