Top-notch service, quiet ambience, beautiful rooms- stay here and you won't be disappointed! We stayed on the ninth floor and we could see Big Ben/ London Eye from our room. The room itself was gorgeous- marble bathroom, practical lay-out, ample light switches, luxurious linen and 6 soft, oversized pillows for a good night's rest. Room service was superb- they actually... More

I have stayed in several hotels in London; most recently 45 Park Lane, Rosewood and Connaught; and I must say the Four Seasons and 45 Park Lane are well above the rest. Location is fantastic and the level of service is superior. I am obsessed with good bathrooms and the Four Seasons has excellent ones! If I must find something... More

I stay regularly at the Four Seasons and cannot fault it. An excellent hotel, expensive but worth it. Very good friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable well appointed rooms and a very good restaurant. 1st class breakfast! I had a couple of issues but they were both sorted out rapidly.

Really disappointed with the service in the bar. Firstly I add to ask to place my drink order, ordered a light tonic and was given an ordinary one. When we paid our cheque we opted out of the service charge due to the poor service. The servers attitude completely changed for the worse. Such a shame for a bar with... More

The room was luxurious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant wasn't cheap but compatible to other luxurious London hotels. Room service, housekeeping were quick, efficient and very accommodating.

First and foremost this is a Four Seasons property so you should expect a high level of quality for both the property as well as the service. It delivers on both. The property is up to date chic, but not over the top or trendy. The service is exactly what you would expect, perfect. My room was very elegant without... More

This is a superior property - from the excellent location, attentive staff, and gorgeous rooms. It would be hard to find anything better. The hotel feels new and modern throughout with a great mix of elegance and charm.

Every time I come to London I don't have to think which hotel to choose. My only choice is always Four Seasons! I got used to the high standarts of service and excellent food. Personnel are very attentive and always ready to meet my needs.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
