Quaint hotel in a great location. Probably best to ask for the garden facing room as mine was noisy. Breakfast is good, coffee in the jug best, lunch a disappointment. Room cleaning and bed turning down service excellent! Front desk so helpful!

The welcome by all the staff was outstanding from the time we arrived to the time of departure. Our room 13 had everything you could possibly want. The king bed was huge and very high to get into, but once in was so comfortable. Continental breakfast very good. Would definitely stay again. Well done, loved our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! First, it was fairly convenient to get to Paddington Station or the Underground by walking just a few blocks, which made it an ideal location to center our stay in London. It was in Notting Hill, but we liked that because the neighborhood was quiet and residential. The hotel itself was...

I stayed for three nights with my 17 year old daughter in a `Good Room`, which is the simplest rooms in the hotel. First, the service in the hotel is excellent. Helpful and service-minded and charming. But, the room was a disappointment. (Room 15). It is big, with a king-size bed, and a balcony with a view to the street....

In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last.
