My wife and I have just had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The exterior is classic while the inside is super modern, and very tastefully done. The staff at the check in were very warm and welcoming. Once we'd figured out the lift and made it to our floor, as soon as the door opened we were greeted by...

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. absolutely delighted to receive a room upgrade which had a wonderful view overlooking the street; great for people watching! Breakfast includes everything you could wish for. Full English, pastries, meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, juices and fresh yoghurts, the list goes on. The room was well decorated and immaculately clean. The only...

The room was quite small. Shoebox. Style a bit 1980s and partly worn down. Bathroom looks better. Hotel in general a bit dark. Hotel is very centrally located. Staff friendly - although my registration was a bit disorganized.

On entering the hotel, it is a good business hotel. The décor is modern, and what you would expect from a city hotel. The bar area and restaurant area is smattered with open laptops, and mobile phone users. The standard scenario in almost all business hotels across the world. The hotels reception staff were courteous and helpful, and dealt with...

I stayed here with my daughter and I can not say enough great things about the hotel and staff. They were so accommodating at every turn. From making sure we were totally happy with our room to little surprises like chocolate covered strawberries in our room at night. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the...

A centrally placed hotel with good access to most "must visit places " in central London. The old concierge was most helpful in guiding us to good restaurants, theater s , comedy shows, transport etc However the hotel fails miserably in service to customers. There was no wake up call as arranged and undertaken, the taxi was not there on...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
