It is not bad for a 3-4* hotel but I cannot entirely get over the price that they charged claiming they're a 5* hotel. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at many 4* and 5* hotels in London that were much much better, so for the price that One Aldwych charges I expected a 5* property. Let me...

We had stayed before at the Corinthia -- which is more expensive, farther from where we mostly wanted to be, and also much stuffier. We found One Aldwych to be much more preferable on all counts. Beautiful, well-appointed, fun, and staff with a perfect mix of professionalism and ease. Indigo restaurant was a hit, and not just because it hit...

Stayed here filling a late meeting in London. Service on arrival is always exceptional. I had an upgrade to an Executive room and which had the most amazing bed. Had a little tipple before dinner and had a stunning gin cocktail in the stylish bar. Again the service is exceptional and surroundings stylish. Will be back soon...

I've stayed here many times over the years, and this review is long overdue. The property, it's staff, the rooms, the fitness center, the pool and the dining are all consistently among the best in London. It's in the best location in Covent Garden, and the service is very personal. Everything about the property is special and top notch, from...

We love visiting One Aldwych - the staff are genuinely welcoming and courteous, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the bar a delight. Breakfast was plentiful, eicious and well presented and the rooms bright and comfortable. After several visits it is still our favourite London hotel.

I went here with my husband following a visit to the opera house. As such a great location and very convenient. Shame about the churned up road outside and the broken down lift. Also sense that not enough staff to cope with volume of guests especially at breakfast. Wouldn't take much to get this back to 5 star but for...

Dear louiser655 Thank you for your review following your recent stay. I very much regret that we did not quite meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies for the works outside, which are short term and beyond our control. I also regret the inconvenience at breakfast and the issue with one of our lifts, which is now resolved. I do...
