We stayed at the Aster House in November, 2013, and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed, and the hosts congenial and helpful. The location was awesome - close to trains, Harrods, museums. We were quite delayed getting in due...More

My wife and I stayed at Aster house for 5 nights recently. The location is very central and close to South Kensington station where 3 different tube lines pass through. That was the main reason we stayed there. Our room was on the top floor,...More

We loved this B&B... Super quiet in a swanky area of town. Within minutes of the tube station, hop on/hop off bus stops, museums, restaurants and tons of shopping on Old Brompton Road. Should we be lucky enough to return to London, we'd stay here...More

    South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
