The location is great. The room is small but clean enough. Even though it is very center in the city, a pub around the corner and stayed at 1st floor, it was not noisy in the evening. Besides, it is very close to the British Museum. The nearest Underground Station takes 10mins on foot. You can on foot to Convert...

This hotel is very well situated close to the theatre district and other main attractions in London City Centre. The rooms feel more like a quaint inn than a hotel in the cities core. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well laid out. The staff are very friendly and helpful and want to make your stay...

To be honest, I had my apprehensions of staying at this hotel, but after staying at Clink78 a few years ago, nothing could be worse. My Bloomsbury exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Excellent and painless check in and really nice room with a comfortable bed. Even being in soho, the noise from the street. This hotel has an excellent...

I think this is now my favourite London hotel - that is within my price range. I only stayed for a night last week but I really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere to the theatres, Covent Gardens ( long walk) and Oxford Street. And the rooms are nice and comfy and I had such a good night's sleep. The...

It's right in the middle of the action as far as London is concerned, and the corner room given to me was spacious and faces a shopping street. Checking in felt more personalized than in hotels where receptionists stand behind counters. Toiletries were of spa quality. Nothing to complain at all.

The room, though small was great value for the money. The bathroom had a shower stall (instead of a shower over a bath tub), which is what we prefer. We were on the street side of the hotel, which can be noisy if you have the windows open, but with heat and a/c there is no need really. Staff were...

Very disappointing. One of the worst value for money hotels I've stayed in (I travel a lot). Upon arrival the hotel couldn't find my booking in the system. OK this happens. However I was asked if I'd canceled it, and made to feel as though it was my fault, while the other receptionist was apologetically explaining to a different guest...

I stayed here for one night in a single room. I was very pleasantly surprised by the room, as I'd read reviews on trip advisor saying that the single rooms were not so nice and had not yet been modernised. I stayed in room 205 and I have to say for a single room it was of a good size...

We stayed in the hotel for two nights, it was nice and well decorated and the service was very good. The only downsides were the bathroom door is frosted glass and there was no blind in the bathroom so the room was very bright early which made us wake and the tv wasn't positioned very well. The room was clean...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
