Very disappointed with the hotel, first of all my wife and could not find the hotel and there were no signs either. For breakfast there was very little as it's a shared kitchen, also no cups for tea or coffee. we won't becoming here again, and the money I spent for 1 night too, Sad.

As my title says....we arrived, we KNEW we had the correct address but there was NO indication we were at the correct address. It looked like offices. We asked at the bar next door but even they hadn't heard of it...after about 10 minutes my partner just happened to press one of the buttons outside the vespa showroom, which the... More

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I have stayed here for an extended period of time and during that time the service and the facilities has been gradually declining. Last night I attempted to check in only to be told I was too late even though I was in the building and (owing to the time) I could not... More

Didn't have my reservation when I arrived, then put me in a room that was clearly booked for someone else as the woman who checked me in asked her manager via phone "what's happening to them now?". Insisted I pay the full three nights accommodation up front even though booking was made through my corporate travel agent. When I said... More

I stayed in Room 7 which is near the top of the stairs. This accommodation is cheap with a shared kitchen area on each floor. The room was adequate although there was no soap and the cold tap in the shower didn't work which made the shower unusable. The entry is bizarre - it's an unmarked doorway which shares its... More

You get what you pay for. Dirty. Damp tiny rooms not even a lamp. Do not stay here!!!!! Dirty entrance water running down the wall. It's a real hole. If you want dirt cheap expect the dirt The only saving grace us the local area seemed quite vibrant and the bay leaf café around the corner did a great breakfast.... More

Tiny rooms, had to pick a bit of gum off the wall beside my single bed form the previous resident. Paper thin walls, shared bathrooms, and kitchen didn't feel the cleanest. More like a hostel than an 'aparthotel'. It is cheap but not great if you need a good night's sleep beforehand. Wifi is good.

Stayed in Flexistay apartment for a month on business trip. Rooms are well maintained and have all necessary utensils available to make your stay pleasant. The staff was helpful and have provided full support. The shower area in apartments is quite small but overall it is a good apartment to stay.

Perfect location, 4 minute walk from Goodge Street tube station. This place does the job and for the price is perfect. A modern room with what was a damn good shower! No where to put laptop etc other than the bed but I knew that and if you're a light sleeper the room I was in is fairly noisy from... More

Relative good value for what it is. Main area isn't very big. Bathroom was nice but shower was boiling hot everyday, too hot! Nice shared kitchen to do your own breakfast in. Couple of downsides to it is the place smells of petrol as there is a motorbike shop downstairs. The road its situated on is also very busy and... More
