Better avoid if you have choice. Some rooms don't have mirrors, locks and proper water heat control. Breakfast is the only thing good there rest of them I don't want to talk about. Staff are OK. Some heaters in room very next to bed with out any gap I end up not having any sleep whole night so be aware of... More

I stayed there for 4 nights, and here are the good/bad things about the place: -Bathroom is inside the dorm. room, so you don't have to go out every time. There are no windows though, so it can become smelly, although it's cleaned regularly. - Each bed has a light next to it (perfect for reading or if needed late... More

Disappointing, miserable welcome. Not welcoming as usual. Losing the Equity point Buzz - big time. This is a lifestyle type of stay - but is has been lost. Izas and housekeeoing team are great - always clean standards, you can't blame Housekeeping for chipped baths etc! Francisco is a great staff member too, and the place misses Julia. Also the... I can't believe from equity point Facebook people say that hotel is clean as my experience recently had been very disappointing. I have taken pictures to proof why I am saying so. I have also been told that the lift is waiting to be fixed for at least 2 weeks and been told to walk all the way up to... More

I did not like this hostel for multiple reasons. 1) They asked me to pay in cash or in credit at the register. When I asked them to charge the credit card with which I made the booking, they said it was not possible. I was very short on money. So I asked them to pay them in cash, and... More

Stopped here as part of a school trip. I would advise finding alternative accommodation. It was dirty and in need of renovation. It was unwelcoming and not right for schools. Breakfast was manic - long queues with minimal reward at the end. Dirty blankets, mouldy showers - certainly won't ever be coming back.

Was a nice location, nice staff but the lift was out of order and was very hard to climb the stairs, especially with a large luggage. Nice meal in the morning, the feeling of security. Very near to the tube stations.

The room was dirty, very small for three person, 12 ou 13 meters2. There was a big leak in the bathroom, bed were uncomfortable. People who were in the youngest hostel were very noisy. No security in the luggage room.

This hostel is cheap and in a very good location near Paddington underground and overground stations. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the rooms were modern and fairly spacious for an 8 bed shared. The bathroom however was flooded, and you had to be a gymnast to get on the top bunk. Queuing for breakfast was also like the Royal... More
