As soon as I walked in, the smell of urine hit me. Nevertheless, myself and my boyfriend were greeted by the manager whom was very helpful - he allowed us to leave our luggage in the living room area as our room was not ready. We stayed in room 1 which included everything we were needing for our 3 overnight... More

Just don't! To be honest I was going to leave my review as just that - "Just Don't," but Trip Advisor requires at 200 words. It's been a while since I've stayed in a B&B like this and reminds me why I book Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. I stayed in the single room (cupboard) - old, dirty, tired, musky... More

We booked a king-sized bed with additional charges for that, but to my surprise, the bed was just a double-sized one. I tried explaining to the guy that we paid more for a bigger bed, but he just said, "that's our biggest bed." I'm sorry, but it didn't even looked like queen-sized, much more king! The radiator doesn't turn on.... More

Stayed here 17/9/16 and got very little sleep as our room was on the front and the smokers/drinkers staying here congregated just below our room until 1am laughing and being very loud. Mould growing around the skirting board (we have photos) dirty hand prints on walls, cracked toilet bowl. No way could we eat here as the smell turned our... More

The first thing you notice is how dark everywhere is. I'm not sure if it's because of the low wattage lights or just the atmosphere but it doesn't feel welcoming. The building itself is very, very tired and in my view, in desperate need of modernisation. The staff I found were helpful, doing their best in difficult circumstances. The breakfast... More

On arrival we were told through a shutting door to return at 2pm for check in. Arrived back shortly after 2 and had to ask 3 different people about our rooms availability before finally being giver our key. Was told to park on the street and pay at the meter only to find that there is room for 3 car... More

This was a one night family trip. It was a very pleasant experience. The reservation team allocated our rooms very smartly, there is a very big parking area available which is a plus point. Internet connection is good. Nice breakfast area and there are available choices even for vegans, staffs are very welcoming and generous enough to make anyone feel... More

As I say in the title, it is a value hotel, it is poor, really poor but I did get some kip and the staff were pretty helpful. I would suggest you find something else but if needs must and you are on a budget it is acceptable. Small ensuite but everything worked as it should and everything looked tired.... More
