We booked into the Radisson Edwardian Mercer Street for 2 nights at the start of our honeymoon. Firstly, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a Junior Suite and couldn't have done more to make our stay memorable. They even delivered little pastries for us as a treat. The bed was super comfortable, coffee facilities were great, shower was...

It was our 35th Wedding Anniversary and we were made to feel very special and well looked after. The suite was decorated to reflect our wedding anniversary, and we tweet given treats. Not only that, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, including taking our bags to the room once it was prepared. The room was lovely and the bed...

Great Hotel in a fantastic location, the 7 Dials, on the boarder of Coven Garden and SOHO. Walking distance to the Tube and tons of great shopping and eating. It is also nice and quite at night, so you will get a good nights sleep. Our room on the upper floors was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back.

Dear Carl, Thank you for your great review of your stay. We are very blessed with our fantastic location, as you say, and the sheer variety off places to shop and dine. Seven Dials is always that bit quieter than Soho or Leicester Square, and does make for a good nights sleep, yet is still lively and charming by day....

The hotel is central for sightseeing and visiting the theatre in the historic Seven Dials. Quaint narrow streets which are busy with tourists but little traffic so easy to walk around. Lots of shops in the area and places to eat and drink. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Westminster etc. Our double room was lovely. Serviced every day with clean...

We decided to come to London for our 35 Wedding Anniversary. We usually stay at the Hampshire, but it was fully booked, so we stayed at Mercer Street, and it was a lovely place to stay, much better situated than the Hampshire, and just as easily accessible to the fun parts of London. The service was excellent and we would...

(I have used this hotel for a variety of business meetings too, so was disappointed). We were offered a change of hotel in Mayfair but declined this as it was too...
