My first time at this hotel, as I regularly stay in the area but hadn't tried here before. From a very personal and warm welcome, in what felt like an intimate town house hotel; to a very fond farewell. I didn't experience all parts of the hotel as I arrived very late and left relatively early; which was a shame....

Stayed at this hotel over a weekend trip with some friends. Location is perfect off Hyde Park and rooms have view of park and London eye. It's a short walk to Piccadilly but far enough away that it's not too crazy. Walkable to shopping on Regent Street & Harrods. I stayed here a few years ago so wasn't expecting much...

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. We had two rooms (629 and 630). They connected. Very well appointed and very comfortable. I think better than the typical Sheraton by a lot. We had afternoon tea one day. Pricey, but nice. Our waiter, Daniele (from Italy) was super nice and, like everyone else on staff, very articulate and...

Came here for afternoon tea with my husband on Saturday as we were given a voucher as part of our wedding present. We finally had a weekend free and thought it would be lovely to come along to use our gift in what we thought would be 5* service and quality. We walked into the dining room where the tea...

Dear CKA1988, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service and overall experience during your afternoon tea. We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience and we have unfortunately fallen short on this occasion. Your feedback had been shared amongst the Palm Court team to ensure that this was an isolated issue that is corrected moving...

Excellent location, right opposite to the park, very beautiful. walking distance to the shopping area. room was newly renovated and very spacious. staff are so friendly, and the doorman has so good memory, I had a leisure chat with him on the first day, told him I have to go to Lego store, next day he remembered and asked me...

Went for Easter afternoon tea and it brilliant. Food was delicious, service knowledgeable and impeccable from Daniele. The hotel was beautiful and we loved the 20s theme. We loved every part of the experience. Thank you Daniele for a lovely afternoon!

The setting for afternoon tea was lovely. The scones were delicious but the sandwiches were very disappointing. The bread was dry and there was a lot of chutney/sauce in the sandwiches but hardly any meat at all. Service was ok.

We had a lovely afternoon tea. Daniele was our waiter and he was so lovely. I highly recommend Daniele and afternoon tea. There were 27 different teas to chose from and a delicious assortment of nibble food

Our children paid for high tea at Park Lane as an anniversary gift for my husband and I, and we enjoyed every second. The beautiful and luxurious surroundings were complimented by the professional, attentive service, and the food was out of this world! A wonderful experience, and one to remember!

I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. The hotel and rooms are great and the location is perfect to walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Hyde Park, Parliament, the Thames, the Eye, Harrod's, etc. There's also a tube entrance very close by. Green Park is right across the street. The service was very good. They have a really...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
