It was a cheap place to stay in central London just a place to rest our heads breakfast was included which wasn't bad. Had to wait outside for table spaces though, rooms just need to be upgraded and everything more modern everything was so old the beds were falling apart squeaky. There was a little box TV for entertainment, but...

On a budget and just want somewhere to sleep and wash? This hotel is perfect for you! This is exactly what me and my partner came for and we had a pleasant experience. Pro's: -The location. I am amazed that this hotel is under-rated. This hotel is in very super close location to Paddington train station. Very good for early birds catching trains to airport or outside London. This is the reason I picked this hotel. I stayed in a few other hotels during my trip here- Royal Norfolk is one of the best hotel so...

Check in was from 2pm onwards. However, I was told to come back for 3.30pm as the room wasn't ready. When I came back I was told the room still wasn't ready. I had a 20kg suitcase with me and was offered no help taking it up to the 4th floor, which wasn't just a straight up the stairs job...

The reason why i chose to stay here was its proximity to Paddington Station. Only a minute's walk. That is the hotel's major selling point. When i arrived, the checkin process was smooth and quick. However, there was no elevator and i had to carry my heavy luggage up. And the carpet along the corridors and staircases was in very...

I have to say on first entering the hotel I was very concerned. The stairway carpets were disgraceful and I was dreading what the room would be like. We were given a room on the third floor and no lift! On entering the room you could see it had just recently been renovated. The room was clean and tidy but...

We were in room on the First floor, room was tiny and bathroom even smaller. Lots of noise from street - windows paper thin! We read On here breakfast was good - we disagree, English b/fast is one egg, 6 Canned mushrooms, 2 very oddly looking sausages (couldnt get myself to eat sausages & mushroom). The coffee was good! But...

The location was great, staff was nice and helpful. You can buy tickets for plays, musicals and different attractions from reception. Breakfast was ok. Not great but enough. On the other hand hotel is very old. Rooms definitely need a renovation. Furnitures and appliances are old. Cleaning was not the best. You can hear every sound in the other rooms...
