This is meant to be a 3* hotel, however it barely scrapes a 2 in my opinion. Initial impressions as we entered the building were that the hotel was shabby & in bad need of a makeover. The reception area carpet is so wrinkled, my wheeled case got stuck on one of them. We were told by a gruff young...

I booked this hotel through Superbreaks for a weekend in London. The hotel is quite shabby and badly in need of a serious upgrade. Our double room was tiny and very claustrophobic. There is no air conditioning and we happened to stay on the hottest weekend of the year so far. As a result we had to leave the window...

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights last week whilst on our break in London. I previously wrote a review on this hotel about my stay 2 years ago, the hotel was good value then, but even better now. The price is brilliant considering you are in the centre of London. The only things I can fault is...

This hotel is very easy to locate with it being being a stones throw from Paddington station. We arrived at the hotel 2hrs ahead of schedule and were allowed to put our bag in a small hall cupboard and asked to come back at 2pm. Our room was clean and a reasonable size however it is a very basic hotel...

I have been to many hotels around the World, but this one was simply the worst. I would avoid it and cannot recommend it to anyone: -the World's smallest room on the 4th floor. I couldn't even fit into the bed, but had to put my feet in the window sill. -elevator is still not working, and you'll have to...

The shower room... well, had better...

No elevator ! Was put on the fourth floor, no bell boy had to haul my luggage up four flights. Key would not fit in lock (twice). Only one person at desk so no one can assist you in any way ! Ended up checking out could not even stay for one night.

My booking was through "Superbreak" with overnight stays ahead of and after an international trip to Turkey. The outward stay was bad enough, with a room so small the door would not fully open, and I banged my head on the shower cubicle - which was really only suitable for dog grooming ! On my return stay (tired and extremelly...

I had read previous reviews about the staff not being friendly and could only think that staff change. I should have taken note of the reviews because the staff were not helpful in the least which included dining room staff. The lift still isn't working and I read a review about that dated months ago. The carpets are disgusting, curtains...
