Hi, We visited the hotel in October 2012 . We reserved double room with the kitchen. I have to say many thanks to the all staff of the hotel for the support and good service. We were pleasantly surprised. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality given room. It was beyond our expectations, since it is very expensive...

Me and my friends booked 3 nights in this place. It was a great place, very close to the tube station and pretty easy to reach. Closer to Kensington Park and Notting Hill Park, even though there weren't so many place to eat at. I really liked it, also because it was really clean (I'm allergic to dust and I...

It is a good deal after all. At only few minutes from Kensington Gardens, Padington Train Station and Lancaster Gate Subway Station, in a quiet neighbourhood, this hotel is appropriate for a family trip to London. The apartment we stayed in (room 104) was big enough for me, my wife and my 8 years old son. The kitchen would be...

We booked 6 nights through Expedia, then added a 7th night to accommodate our early a.m. arrival directly with the hotel, and reconfirmed it 2 days prior to our arrival. When we arrived, however, they had no room and had no record of the extra night. They scrambled to clean a room on the 5th floor (lift only goes to...

We stayed at Royal Court Apartments for one day on a stop-over in London. The location was really great, right by Hyde park - we walked to the major sites. Being close to paddington station, there were several restaurants and pubs in close proximity. The staff were very nice and helped us with all of our requests, gave us a...

We seriously considered canceling our booking due to the mixed reviews, we stayed for 4 nights in a renovated 1 bedroom apartment on the 4 th floor. Whilst most of the corridors are quite grotty and in need of new carpets and walls desperately need a coat of paint, the room itself was in good condition. With the exception of...

We stayed at this place for 3 nights and were profoundly grateful that it wasn't longer. While there were a number of things we liked about RCA, there was also much we didn't like and we were glad to "escape". First, the good: housekeeping was excellent - kudos to the maids who did such a good job with cleaning, linens,...

Was not sure, as some of the reviews were not favourable. Excellent location, a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and places to buy groceries all along the streets up to Paddington Station. Located on a somewhat quiet street. If you turn right comng out of the hotel, you are less than 3 minutes...

Expectations wer not too high and were exceeded by far. Great location, friendly staff, bathroom freshly renovated, clean and well equipped. No problem with noise. 2 min from Tube, plenty of buses to railway stations to compensate for Tube closing days (due to works on the lines). Definitely a place to go back to.

We stayed here for a the second week of the Olympics, August 2012. We were in a refurbished one bedroom apartment with more than enough space for my 50-year-old self and 23 year old nephew (he slept in the living room). The entire place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN- I cannot emphasize that enough. There were always fresh towels, new soaps...
