I stayed at this hotel in August 2023 with my husband. The location is excellent (about 10 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station), outside the chaotic streets of the centre. The hotel presents itself very well, the rooms are large and spacious. Very simple in furnishings, but complete with everything (they have carpet on the floor which is super clean). The cleanliness deserves a separate note... it's simply excellent! Every day the shampoo/shower gel bottles were renewed and everything was dusted to perfection. Even the mat inside the shower was cleaned every day. Really congratulations! The only suggestion I would like to give is to change mattresses/pillows often; ours were a little worn. Breakfast: it is mostly savory, but I have always found yogurt, fruit, cereals and bread with jams to my liking. The staff is very friendly and available for every request. I highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely return!

We have used the Park City virtually exclusively since we first started visiting London from Australia about 20 years ago - the reason is simply that it is a very well presented hotel in a very nice area [Lexham Gardens/Kensingtin/ Earls Court] and is within walking distance of 3 Underground stations. We have had a favourite room since our very first stay at the hotel and each time we have been back, the hotel reception have very kindly accommodated us in that same room. The staff are very efficient and provided assistance in a number of areas during our stay. The rooms were efficiently cleaned each day and a Continental or cooked breakfast are available from the downstairs restaurant which features an Asian influenced menu for dinner. I could not recommend this hotel more highly and have over the years, referred friends travelling to London, all whom have agreed that it is a great hotel at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Extremely clean and tidy environment, we booked on the same day and paid ÂŁ130 for a comfortable room with wardrobes, spacious bathroom, large bed, plasma TV, mini-bar.
The area is fantastic, safe and well-kept, just a few stops from London's main attractions

On reading the hotel website you are given a picture of an elegant boutique hotel with a 4 star rating. Luxury is mentioned a few times but the reality is so much different.
Some positives to start off with. The location is excellent. An 8 minute walk to Earls court tube station. The triple room we got had a good size wardrobe, tea/coffee facilities with quality packets of biscuits, the fridge with complementary water was a nice touch and the bathroom had so many extras like sewing kits, travel toothbrushes, shaving kits etc. You wouldn't be stuck if you had forgotten something. The safe was a good size as well. The check in was swift and when I mentioned I didn't want room 101 as I had read from other reviewers not to stay in that room, there was no problem changing to a room on the third floor.
Unfortunately there were some things that didn't meet the 4 star standard that they claim to be. The room we were given could have done with a make over. There were stains on the carpet, the bathroom taps needed to be replaced as they were dull and looked dirty when they weren't, they were just old, the TV kept losing signal as the aerial wire was faulty so we had to keep moving it around until we got a picture, the pillows were not hotel quality (lumpy and hard). The bed was two singles pushed together so you had a dip in the middle. The receptionist that checked us in sighed at me when I asked for a different room when we checked in. The other receptionist was friendly though. The breakfast which is run by the restaurant downstairs was adequate but far from 4 star. It was basic but tasty.
Overall, for what you pay for is what you get but the description on the website is a bit misleading. You're paying for the location and as we were out sightseeing a lot we didn't spend too much time there during the day. It's a good base for exploring. I wouldn't say not to stay there just don't expect too much and you'll be fine.

The staff were very helpful: getting us into our rooms early after red-sye flights, helping with luggage, and providing power plug adapters. Front desk staff came downstairs to the business center when the rooms were ready, just I'm case a text or email wouldn't arrive as reliably for international guests. Loved the location on a quiet street within a 10-minute walk of three different happening neighborhoods with underground stations.

a comfortable room, air conditioning, many windows in the room their typical, spacious bathroom, a large bed, plasma TV, mini-bar, the first g give you one water each and always provided us with samples every g. kettle with their typical biscuits to make you tea or a morning or afternoon coffee and hotel in a great location (metro gloucester road) in the quiet and residential neighborhood of kensington. walk you can reach the first free museums, if not metro or double red bus nearby to visit other. we were well received and non-invasive staff.
if you are tired walking English pubs and ethnic locals (Indian, singapore, Lebanese, a starbuck, Italian) are easily accessible without having to move too much even in the evening.

Booked in for a business trip and got a very generous ground floor room overlooking the street. Staff very friendly on check in, room was very clean with lots of toiletries, bottled water, tea, coffee etc included. Overall the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the location is superb, however the walls seemed to be very thin and could clearly hear the guests next door chatting until after midnight. I was also woken up at about 4.30 by men chatting outside the room loudly. I would stay again as I thought it was good value for money at €145, but perhaps with earplugs as the corrider outside seemed to be high traffic.

Accommodation was average and dated, the check in service was acceptable at a push and the in hotel restraint food was poor and cold, with stale pastries. Certainly trading o. Location only. Generally overpriced would have been better paying less for a Premier Inn would have been a better idea.

We made a reservation through Booking. When we arrived they told us that the reservation was recorded as canceled and for me it was active and normal.
After making me wait for a long time, the receptionist told me that he would make a new reservation for me, respecting the price.
He took me to a claustrophobic room with a single window with a sticker that did not allow us to see what was on the other side, but the worst thing was that the only space to leave my suitcase was right in the entrance hallway, so to get through I would have to jump over the suitcase all the time and there was still another suitcase to put.
I had requested 2 beds that they had confirmed, and neither
When I entered the reservation again I saw that what I had reserved was a deluxe room that had sofas and extra space and on their website, the one they had given me was a lower category executive room for the price of a superior one.
I complained again until they finally gave me the room I had reserved and paid for, making a very bad face. And that was a reservation of about 400 euros, that's not a hostel price
Everything is quite unpleasant in itself, but for me the worst thing is that they didn't have the decency that if they put me in a lower room, they would try to charge me what I was going to pay for a higher one.

This hotel was perfect for us, around the corner was the local grocery store, a great place to eat at the corner of the street, Uber knew the address and around another corner was a private hospital. The hotel itself has four floors with about five rooms on each floor. Our room was the right size, housekeeping came in each day, replaces towels and made up bed. We had a fridge which was filled with items from the store. We loved it.

Tons of restaurants and pubs nearby and the Tube is a 5 minute walk. We took the Tube back to the airport. Super easy.
Dear Jessica, as other travelers highlighted in the previous messages, the easiest way to reach us is using the Piccadilly Line (Underground) to Earl's Court. It will be just 5 minutes walking to the Hotel. Looking forward to see you soon!

Dear MrsBondSomerset,
Yes! We recently opened our Garden Cafe & Lounge on the ground floor near the reception!
Dear sdrose186,
The closest underground station is Earl's Court, about 5 min walking from us.
Sorry I just saw this. I never felt uncomfortable. I would let a daughter stay there.
