We spent a night here over the recent bank holiday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. All staff were extremely helpful and the executive lounge was fantastic. Also enjoyed the gym access, spending a couple of hours in the swimming pool. Our room was smaller than I expected however, all in all, a very enjoyable experience. Cocktails from the bar were...

Dear Jag, Thank you for your brief review concerning your recent stay. Bank holidays are a great opportunity to get away and enjoy the fantastic hospitality that some of the hotels in London can offer. I am very pleased that you both enjoyed your time with us and that the cocktails in Good Godfrey's went down well post-dinner. We trust...

I booked this hotel as a romantic night away in Central London for my fiance. I used Points and Money which totalled £98.10 plus 32,000points....and believe it or not it was the bargain of the century! The convenient location, being only 15mins walk from Waterloo Station, suited our needs perfectly and it was a charming walk over Waterloo Bridge too....

Dear Guest, Thank you for your spectacular review and your feedback regarding all the different areas of the hotel. On occasion, there are rates available, in this case with 'points and cash', which can enhance an already very good experience. We go above and beyond with all our guests, and never more so than our Diamond members. In-room amenities, wonderful...

Don't expect more than a 3* hotel. The location is great, very convenient whether you travel for business or leisure but it's not enough any more. It's a safe place but that's it. Don't expect Hilton quality or Waldorf service. You will be disappointed.

I booked a night at the Waldorf for my wife's birthday and we both loved it. It's in such a great location, right in the heart of theatre land. Our room was lovely, such a comfy bed! We had breakfast there as well, which was one of the best i've had at any hotel, such a great varied choice. Would...

Beautiful room, lovely check in by Rita, amazing location for touristing around the city and of course, Nutella muffins at breakfast are always a good thing! Concierge team were all very nice too, my only regret was not trying the pool... maybe next time!

Booked an overnight stay here in a twin room with my friend. We wanted to stay centrally as we're always so shattered travelling back to our hotels when we've stayed further out. Couldn't be more central if you tried! And even have valet parking service. We couldn't fault this hotel. Everything about it was beautiful from the moment the concierge...

Every time we stay in London we head here. Been staying two or three times a year for the past five/six years. The staff are lovely, especially in the Executive Lounge, nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is sited near Covent Garden and is ideal for theatre land. Above average in quality, but on this occasion the service not up to standard.for the price charged. In the future, we would not pay the extra for using the Executive Lounge.

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
