We found this to be a great hotel. Great location 10 min walk from Marylebone Station, 3 min walk from Baker St Underground, loads of bars, cafes, restaurants locally if you don't want to go far. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from the Concierges to Reception, Housekeeping, Staff at Breakfast (Mihara - I think, and the manager very accommodating). Nice...

The hotel is now looking a little dated and rough round the edges. The rooms are very sensitive to other rooms showers and taps so you'll get woken up early if next door has a wash. The bar seats and area is a little worn. The breakfast items were luke warm and also the hot drinks ( no so hot...

overpriced hotel. rooms were small and dark. a good advert for Premier inn with bright and large rooms and a much lower price. no I am not in any way affiliated to Premier inn. you would need to be out and about in London as it would be depressing to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is good and reliably consistent, we have stayed here on a few occasions. Comfy beds, rooms as noise reduced as London can be. Bar is good, everything is as expected. Don't expect crazy cocktails, I had a very well made Old Fashioned. Location of this hotel is a real bonus. Bistro Galvin is a stones throw away (last...

A lovely hotel with character and professional friendly staff. Highly recommend it and I would certainly go back. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable (although I do prefer a thicker duvet) and the bathroom was really lovely with a big bath and beautifully decorated. Buffet breakfast was delicious and chef made us freshly poached eggs as we didn't...

Hotel itself seems to be very old, furniture as well. Hasn't been renovated for years, redecorating is needed. has Sherlock Holmes' vibe, if you're into that. Breakfasts are quite tasty. charges extra for high speed internet, standard one is OK enough. Aneta from guest service was very helpful, I appreciate her efforts to make my stay pleasant. everyone from the...

What a lovely hotel, having stayed in many in London this was a complete pleasure. Everyone seemed happy and willing to help; in particular the Restaurant Manager Fatmir went out of his way in his kindness and generosity, a really positive person that just made my day to be honest. The room itself was superb, clean, well appointed with quality...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
