The hotel exceeded my expectations. Conveniently located close to the train. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Many options for food in the area and relatively safe. I heard the restaurant in the hotel is very good too, although I did not try it.

We had a very bad experience here. Booked a room but when we arrived we told that the hotel was full and there was no room for us. Had a printout of the reservation but due to an error by them they refused to honour it. Travelers arriving after us were booked in and given rooms. It was not true...

Dear Guest, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to an technical error within our booking system. Although you had made a valid booking with bookings.com, this did not appear in our system. Due to the above reason, we had no choice but to find you suitable accommodation in a similar standard hotel. Once again, please accept...

For a night in London this hotel is well located and not too bad. We booked an executive double and the first room was large with a large bathroom but also a very noisy extractor outside the window. Without any question they quickly moved us to another room which was smaller and I question whether it was an executive but...

I booked this very last minute when deciding not to travel home after a concert and was presently surprised A bit of a maze of corridors but this adds to the charm of the place. A well located quality hotel with great service and stylish atmosphere! Stylish and relatively large rooms with all the comforts you need. Just over the average cost of an equivalent standard. Conveniently close to the central parts of London and yet relatively quiet location. The location close to Paddington Station is especially handy, especially if you are flying from Heathrow...

I used to stay often at the Sherlock Holmes some 20 years ago, when it was still a Hilton and liked it a lot. The good news? it almost had not changed. Rooms are a bit small, and corridors quite a maze, just the way it was many decades ago. It is on Baker street, in the middle of London,...

we spent a night here, having stuffed up a booking and being unable to extend at a reasonable rate at the Radisson Leicester square, which didn't impress us. Liked this hotel a lot. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
