Spending a long weekend in London to visit a friend in the neighborhood. Initially chose it because of location but it ended up being a great choice. Location is excellent. To start, I had requested an early check-in because of my early flight arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text, before 9 am, letting me know that...

A good location for a stay in London this hotel is around the corner from Swiss Cottage tube station, a short walk from Regents park and has the benefit of a Carluccios restaurant on site. We had a family room which was spacious and had a small balcony from where we could see the London Eye, the Shard and other...

I stayed here for 2 nights and got back home yesterday. We visited london, just myself and my 2 children and wanted somewhere reasonable central. Swiss cottage tube station is literally around the corner, and it's only a few stops on the jubilee line to central London. Camden Town took us about 20mins but we decided to walk there. The...

Don't even consider it. Loud construction site, old and way over priced. The management couldn't care less. Don't stay unless you like drilling. Spoke with the management about moving rooms and the response was all rooms are as bad.

Stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed my stay. Hotel is under renovation and my room was pretty much brand new. Lobby, concierge and lounge also has been updated. Room was a generous size for London, and modern. Location was good, about 5min walk to nearest tube station and same distance to edge of regent park, a great green oasis in...

Check in was efficient & friendly. Lobby welcoming & lively as the bar/restaurant seems to overflow into it. Had an Executive room but was disappointed that it was not a refurbished room. However it was spacious & clean . The Executive Lounge was obviously very new but was windowless. I like my lounges on a high floor with a view!...
