    Recently stayed at this hotel for a business Gala event. The room was small, noisy and very dated. Extremely slow service in the lounge bar later in the evening and to make matters worse, one of the bar staff was obnoxious and embarrassing. Never again.More

    There are stairs to all floors, we use the stairs all the time, we only use the elevator to bring our bags down when we check out, hope this helps
