It's a higher end hotel but great location. Walking distance to all must see attractions in Central London. Close to many tube stations. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Vast breakfast choices. Very clean and comfortable beds. Only issue I had was that shower curtain was shot in width it was not covering the shower properly. Good Wifi. Has a...

We stay here whenever we're in London. The reception is second to none. It's really centeral and the food is great. The ambiance is very relaxed. I can't over emphasise how quiet and comfortable this hotel is. If you're visiting from abroad then this is quinticential England.

We stayed here with our twin 19 year old sons and our 11 year old son. We got two rooms facing the London Eye on New Years eve! The staff was kind, the check-in was flawless, and the rooms were gorgeous. Each time we walked thru the doors we were greeted with a smile and most often they remembered our...

This hotel is situated close to Parliament square and Trafalgar square. It is a ten minute walk to Covent Garden and concerts at St. Martin in the Fields. Rooms are huge by any standards. The staff is helpful=especially the concierge. The lounge is lovely, but the restaurant is sketchy.

Best value in London, in my opinion. Cannot find a better location to walk to the most important tourist sites, and only a short cab ride away from the rest. Got to watch the filming of the next James Bond movie from our room overlooking the Thames, it just doesn't get any better than that!

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
