I had a room on the ground floor and I heard and felt every train of the tube (or whatever is under it) which was below the hotel. so be prepared for that and ask for a higher floor.

There seemed to be a lot of safe street parking- there was a Bentley parked out front the entire time we were there. It is one block from the BBC HQ- maybe they have a garage? (We didn't drive- from the US. Too Scary!)
