We went down for a quick overnight trip to see a show. Location was ideal, hotel looking better than the last time we were there. Good sized room. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Room key didnt work on 2 occasions.

Nice hotel, great location being so central to London and Oxford street, only 5 minutes walk and you are right in the heart of the city! We had a triple room which was basically 2 rooms and we had our own kitchen which I thought was great for the price we paid. As being in London I expected it to...

The Astor Court Hotel is an old and extremely expensive hotel for what you actually get- horrible rooms and bad management. The rooms' size was OK but the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The toilet is in a different room than the shower&sink room so you have to go to another room to wash your hands! The furniture and carpets...

Astor Court Hotel looks really nice from the outside and lobby, but our room was old and in need of updating - the toilet was tiny and even had a pull chain. It was however, really spacious with a small living area seperate from the bedroom, but no fridge. Wifi was expensive at 5 pounds for 3 hours! Breakfast was...

Nice hotel, well placed for shopping (5 minues to Oxford Street). We had a room with small lounge and double bed in an alcove - separate bathroom and toilet. Nice and quiet, in back street but close to amenities. Only negative point was disappointing breakfast (although it was included in the price) - bit more variety at breakfast (including fresh...

Arrived quickly - less than 10 minutes by taxi from Kings Cross station. Our room on the 3rd floor was very quiet apart from the fire door, which banged shut every time someone walked through It! It is very much an old-fashioned hotel. Our room was large and clean. We had a very comfortable night's sleep. Although the breakfast room...

I was in London for World Travel Market and decided to stay in a centrally located hotel close to shopping and entertainment area. This hotel seems reasonable at least for its location. But when I arrived it was a total shock. It was one of the slummiest buildings I've ever seen. The so called "automatic" entrance door was weird, it...

We booked the hotel as a package with theatre tickets. After eventually finding the hotel, we checked in. The woman in reception was nice and friendly. When I asked about the parking which we had read we got 20% discount at the local ncp car park, another woman told me where it was, but would not have given me a...

First, the good: The location. It's about a ten minute walk (more if you're dragging luggage during rush hour, less if you're walking quickly late in the evening) from the Oxford Circus tube stop and a slightly longer walk from Goodge St. There's a pub next door, although as far as I can tell it's almost always closed. So the...

Our twin room was clean, freshly painted and more than adequate. There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom but this was quickly dealt with. The location is great being only a 2 minute walk to the top of Regent Street. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. The continental breakfast was...
