Location is great. But the hotel is very tired and think the £150 we paid for the night was well over what it was worth. Was not at all impressed by being woken up at 6 am with a dreadful 'thwumping' sound pervading our senses...More

Right, let's get the positives out of the way: (i) the location is great, five minutes from Oxford Circus and right next to the BBC; (ii) the mattress - considering what I'll go on to say about the negative points - was reasonably comfortable (although...More

I stayed at Astor Court hotel for 4 nights recently. My room was spacious and clean. Bathroom a little dated but very functional. Wifi worked very well but you had to pay for it. Breakfasts were basic continental but substantial and varied. The main lift...More

How this hotel was allowed to operate as a hotel beats me. Rooms are old and tired looking and not even clean, really depressing experience to have stayed there, on top of that my wife and i were charged for two rooms because i made...More

There seemed to be a lot of safe street parking- there was a Bentley parked out front the entire time we were there. It is one block from the BBC HQ- maybe they have a garage? (We didn't drive- from the US. Too Scary!)
