Located in the middel of the city centre within walking distance of almost everything. Staff was reallt helpful providing help with attraction, transportation and borrowing us an adapter. Breakfast better than expected. Only negative is that there was no aircondition in the room, which made the nights extremely hot despite the weather not being.

A tired hotel. Clean enough and in a good location for Oxford st and the West End. Breakfast is basic continental. Noisy due to building work opposite and the rat run from Great Portland st.

The upside to this hotel is it's proximity to Oxford Street. The decor is tired and it needs modernizing. The room was big, but very dated. It was clean, but when a hotel looks like it hasn't been redone in any way since the seventies it just feels grubby anyway unfortunately. Not somewhere you want to spend a lot of...

Rooms are a little tired and dated, bathroom needs updating (taps dripped and moved around when you turned them on) also the carpet could do with cleaning in the room and changing in the hallway as it is very worn, the continental breakfast was fine, breakfast room was clean, the location is 5 mins walk from Oxford Street,

Came here with a group of friends. The receptionists are horrible. We weren't greeted when we entered the hotel on any occasion. It was like we didn't exist. I've never been treated like that before in any type of hotel or hostel. The staff is incredibly poorly trained and didn't know the city of London if their lives depended on...

The room was very charming with lots of character, comfy and spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean but needs abit of a revamp since it's a bit dated. Breakfast was...

I booked an appartment over the internet prior to our visit - when getting to the hotel we had been allocated two bedrooms instead. Travelling as a family we had packed and made plans for us all sharing a room. When querying this I was advised that when I had booked there were no appartments available. Why hadn't I been...

We stayed at the Astor Court new years eve and the following night. friendly staff, comfortable room (rather bizarre layout, but everything we needed was there!) plenty of breakfast, and very convenient for everything that we wanted to do in London, especially walking home from trafalgar square after the new years celebrations...! not flashy, in fact it was rather like...
