Stayed in the Hotel on business. I'd heard a lot about the hotel in advance, with it's great location and good reputation Overall impressions are that this is a very busy tourist hotel and really could do with the rooms and communal areas renovating, redecorating as they are looking rather tired. Breakfast room was busy with the breakfast "gate guardian"... More

Couldn't fault the attention to detail and the service we received at The Tower. The team could not do enough for us. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you all @ The Tower. Afternoon tea with Prosecco was spot on.

This hotel is brilliant for exploring the capital, the location is simply perfect. We booked a standard room but got a view of tower bridge much to our surprise! Very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. Ask for a room higher up as the views are spectacular. I'd recommend skipping breakfast here as the queues were unbelievable... More

This is a spectacular hotel in a stunning location, practically on Tower Bridge! It's definitely worth paying a little bit extra to get a Bridge View room, as said view is mesmerising. The room itself was nice and big, very comfortable bed and perfectly clean. The staff at reception and particularly at breakfast were extremely attentive and professional! The breakfast... More

We paid £220 per night this is like a box room very small room for the price and for that price I would at least expect a kettle so you can make a cup of tea . But no there was not one if you want a drink they charge you £5 to bring it up

Just spent one night here, but so impressed. Don't let the rather grim-looking building put you off, It was warm & pleasant inside, with lovely Christmas decorations, though not OTT. Busy at reception, but pleasant, friendly staff to help. We had arrived a bit early & our room was not ready. Obliging staff put our luggage with the concierge. We... More
