I went there to a training session. The place I had to go was about 100 meters from the hotel, so it was the perfect location for me. The hotel was really nice, very clean and with nice people. The breakfast was extreamly good, the first day, I was so hungy I ate too much and then I couldn't eat...

Quick check in. Walk to main attractions. Great concierge for tickets and information. Had the buffet breakfast but many restaurants steps away from front door. Covent Garden a street over with many shops, stores and restaurants. Many theatres on same street. Hop on hop off tour less than 10 min walk for stop. Tea and coffee in room with cookies...

the location is great and the rooms are clean. In the standart rooms they do not give slippers unless you request for it. The check in time was little bit long but the check out was short enough with respect to other hotels in London.

overall a good stay, we had a executive room which was big enough and very clean and fresh. Overlooked the strand opposite the Savoy and not to noisy. The breakfast was shambolic, no organisation and no tables available which was all down to the lack of managing the breakfast staff, and this is the sole reason we have marked this...

My wife and I stayed there this weekend, and would say it was average at best. Our upgraded room was like a shoe box! We also had an issue in the bar, of the staff taking our drinks before we had finished them, and at £15 a drink, you want to finish them!
