Fantastic hotel. Check in was very easy and our room was ready straight away. Stayed in a standard double room which was very clean and a good size. Our room was at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Wonderful...

Lovely stay in most convenient location. Everything first rate but rooms tiny and just functional. Service is very good, breakfast very nice. Out the door and sevetsl theatres within a couple of blocks. Buses very close and major attractions very close by. Wish the rooms were bigger but convenience tops the reason to stay here.

The Strand Palace hotel is very happily situated in the Strand, with Charring's cross station, supermarkets, atms, theaters and fine dining all nearby, everything else is all within an easy 10 min walking distance or conveniently accessible via metro. Rooms are a little cramped and the walls are paper thin, but honestly who comes to London to lounge in their...

After stopping at the strand palace hotel, overall I would say the hotel was pretty decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole hotel seemed perfectly clean, the breakfast was nice and the location was perfect. The only reason I would not rate this a 5* hotel, would be because the rooms are very bland for how much...

Nice rooms, friendly staff, very good food. Just the shower is a little bit too "small" (you shouldn't be more than 1.78m). Perfect location for musical theatres, for tourist attractions or just for shopping!

This hotel is in a prime location.breakfast is very good but the hotel is let down by a dowdy lounge bar which is not very inviting. The doormen are excellent giving good old fashioned customer service.

This was the perfect choice, especially since I was still a bit invalided by injuries I'd suffered in an accident a few months before our stay. The best thing about this hotel, and the reason we chose it, is its central location. Except for a road-closing one morning because of a bicycle marathon, it was easy to get wherever we...

For a 4 star hotel in such an incredible West End location, I was thrilled with my gorgeous large room. Room service had to be chased after 35 minutes and check in took 25 minutes, so they need to focus on this to get a return visit. Time is my most precious commodity. Good value.
