I went there during January - when there was this chilly bite in the air. There experience was very good. Rooms were well maintained and clean. I stayed there for 15 days on business - Each day - the stay was worth it. I particularly liked their breakfast which was complimentary, that ensured I started my day with a full...

My husband and I stayed there on our week long trip to England. We flew overnight and arrived very tired. (I cannot sleep on a plane) and the check in staff was wonderful with trying to get us in earlier (before actual check in time). Rooms are small; but that was not an issue-we weren't planning on being in the...

Continental breakfast, bathrooms were less than impressive... Not many channels on the telly.. Just a few blocks from the tube, near the public pay phone if you didn't set your phone to international!

Average hotel with good size room clean and bright. £94.50 for two with breakfast. At breakfast there was a problem with the buffet so we had breakfast served from the kitchen. It was cold and inedible. When checking out we were asked about our stay and we mentioned the breakfast and they refunded the cost. Would I recommend it, yes for...

Used my Tesco Clubcard vouchers for two adjoining rooms for 2 nights. Bedroom surprising spaceious and well maintained with new LCD TV + free water in room (still and fizzy). Breakfast also really good and satisfying. If doing sightseeing bus the original tour stops outside hotel until about 10:15 otherwise you have to get a normal red bus to Marble...

A long weekend here with a friend was wonderful. This was one of the best hotels in London I have stayed in, A cross between a luxury hotel and a friendly 5* guest house. Our rooms were small but immaculate with all mod cons. Staff friendly. Good breakfast and snacks. Will stay again. Ideal for business or pleasure and despite...

We stayed here for 6 nights. On the negative side, the mattress was bad, but we were so exhuasted the first few nights we did not notice it. I am sure they would have gladly changed our room if we asked. On the plus side: they allowed us to check in at 8:00 a.m. after 23 hours of travel and...

Have stayed before and loved it, but this time realised this place needs a refurb. pretty badly. Great location but the beds in both of the rooms we tried were in need of replacement. Lovely staff didn't make up for lack of sleep.
