Arrived at hotel and staff were very friendly and check in was fast. Unfortunately our room key didn't work and they had to send someone to let us in with a master key. I think the battery may have been going in the door as their key didn't work every time either. This wasn't a problem as we were only...

This was our second visit to this hotel and on both occasions we were not disappointed. Everything runs very efficiently, very clean, very smart and very friendly. We had a family room which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and with plenty of choices. Service was excellent. The location is pretty good with easy access to...

All was excellent about the room, the service was great we asked for 2 things and they were brought to the room immediately. Only criticism was the breakfast, eggs solid and sausages and bacon dried up a little. The rest was good.

My sisters and aunt stayed here while celebrating my sisters 60th birthday. We used it as a base to explore London and travel to the theatre and a special celebration meal elsewhere. We found the hotel extremely nice and the staff friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge.

A very pleasant stay at a very classy establishment in the heart of London. Very polite and friendly staff. In house parking was very convenient and reasonable. The rooms are well kept and modern with all you need.

I always stay here when going to test matches at Lords-so convenient and not so expensive if you are a MCC member. The staff are always courteous and always try to make your stay exceptional. The bedrooms are of a high standard and very comfortableGreat breakfasts.

This hotel offered 5 star service every day. The front desk and concierge offered to provide services that I might need, the room was scrupulously clean, and the daily service perfect. The location was perfect for the London Business School, but might be a bit out of the way for some tourist attractions. However, public transportation is readily available so...

We stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The staff was friendly at check in and directed us to the concierge for dropping off our bags since we arrived prior to check in times. They also provided us with public transport directions. Unfortunately that day the bus routes were diverted because of a rally. We almost missed our guided tour...

Given the expensive price for rooms, I expected much better from this hotel. The entrance is extremely deceptive - you cannot go in the front (main) entrance but instead have to go down a side-street which is not the safest late at night. There are also a lot of steps which would cause problems for those with mobility issues or...
