I am traveling to London occasionally due to my job.
First of all, I have to mention the beauty of the interior. It’s a lovely big hotel, with a concierge and a very welcoming staff. The rooms are very cosy and cleans, as well as...More
Had three nights here in Kensington. Warm welcome on arrival. The room was lovely and had everything I needed with a connecting door to my daughters who were in the adjoining room so I didn't feel isolated being on my own. The bed was comfy...More

Dear Deborah C,
Thank you for your great four star review, we look forward to welcoming you back in the not too distant future.
Booked a 2 night stay through Secret Escapes. Check in was straight forward, room clean and adequate. Breakfast good but cooked items not very hot. Bulb above the desk/mirror had gone, reported to reception but not changed. Maid knocking on our door to clean the...More

Dear Diane M
Thanks for your review, I am disappointed to hear of the maids waking you up, I will address this with Housekeeping, it would annoy me being woken up at 08.15.
It should not be so hard to change a light bulb either,...More
The worst hotel room (room 3064) in our lifetime and certainly also the smallest, fortunately just for one night! A couple can barely stand up at the same time. It took us about one hour to check in. Despite we had the print of the...More

Thank you for your recent feedback, if you could contact me directly on email@example.com, I have a feeling this review is not for us, but the Holiday Inn Kensington High Street, as we do not have a room 3064, at the Holiday Inn...More
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
