The hotel has very comfortable rooms, delightfull personel and excellent service. Apart from this, the hotel is located in a very central area in London (near Marble Arch) whereby shopping and proper connections to other important sectors of London may be reached.

For me personally the stairs from 4 to 5 was ok and they helped me with the luggage .

Hi, Yes there are a set of stair between the top 2 floors. I got help with my bag going up to my room and went to checkout without by bag - asking them to help me bring it down so should not be any problems - at least there... More
